Who can join the affiliate program?
Our affiliate program is open to creators, influencers, bloggers, and content publishers who align with our brand and audience. We review applications to ensure a good fit on both sides.
How do I apply?
Simply fill out the application form. Once approved, you’ll receive access to your unique tracking links and affiliate dashboard via email.
Is it free to join?
Yes, joining our affiliate program and becoming a Silvery affiliate partner is completely free.
Commission & earnings
How much commission can I earn?
Affiliates earn up to 20% commission on every qualifying sale made through their unique link. Commission rates may vary by affiliate tier and will be clearly communicated in your dashboard.
What’s your commission structure like?
We have a tiered structure where you can earn up to 20% commission based on how many sales you’ve been able to refer successfully. Here’s how the tiers work:
- Tier 1 (0-25 referrals): 10% commission
- Tier 2 (26-75 referrals): 15% commission
- Tier 3 (76+ referrals): 20% commission
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. There is no cap on earnings.
Do you pay commissions on all of your products?
Yes, we pay a commission on all products.
Do I earn commission on discounted orders?
Yes, you’ll earn commission based on order total unless it’s otherwise clearly stated.
Tracking & attribution
How are sales tracked?
We use tracked affiliate links to attribute sales directly to you. Our attribution window is 30 days, meaning if someone has clicked through to our site via your link and makes a purchase within those 30 days, you’ll earn a commission.
What is the cookie duration?
Our 30-day cookie duration, or attribution window, ensures you receive credit for purchases made within the defined time period after someone clicks your link.
What if a customer doesn’t purchase right away?
Not to worry! If the purchase happens within the 30-day cookie window, you’ll still earn a commission.
Can I track my performance?
Yes. You can monitor your real-time performance, pending commissions, and payment history through your dashboard.
Payments
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on a monthly schedule (on or around the 30th of each month) after commissions are confirmed and potential returns are accounted for. Commissions are confirmed 15 days after a referred order is shipped.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes, there is a minimum balance of $50 USD required before payouts are issued. If your balance is below the minimum, it will roll over to the next payment period.
How will I be paid?
Payments are handled through Tremendous.
What about refunds, returns or chargebacks?
If a customer returns a product or receives a refund, the associated commission will be adjusted accordingly. Commissions for transactions resulting in chargebacks will be reversed.
Promotion guidelines
Where can I promote Silvery products?
You may promote on approved platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and video platforms.
Can I create my own content?
Absolutely, it’s even advised. We encourage authentic, original content that reflects your voice and experience because that type of content usually resonates well with influencer and creator audiences.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes. Affiliates must avoid misleading claims, false advertising, or unauthorized paid ads using the Silvery brand name.
Can I use discount codes?
From time to time, we may provide exclusive codes for creators to share with their audience. You may only advertise, distribute, or promote coupon codes that have been explicitly provided or approved by Silvery.
Products & brand
Can I try the product before promoting it?
Absolutely! Upon joining our affiliate program you’ll be granted a free set of Silvery® Restcool™ Silver-Infused Bed Sheets.
Do you provide assets?
You’re free to use our product images from our website but we strongly encourage authentic, original content that reflects your voice and experience.
Can I promote other brands?
Unless otherwise agreed, Silvery affiliates are free to work with other brands.
Support & opportunities
Who do I contact if I have questions?
You’ll have access to our support team for any questions or issues.
Are there opportunities beyond affiliate links?
Top-performing affiliates may be invited to paid collaborations, ambassador programs, or early product launches.
Can I leave the program at any time?
Yes. You’re free to opt out whenever you choose.
