Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days. Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods or severe weather.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from U.S. warehouses across the East Coast, West Coast, and Central regions. This allows us to deliver efficiently throughout the United States.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
We work with established carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear. If you need help locating your order, email support@mysilvery.com.
My package is delayed or has not arrived. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated for five or more business days, or your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact support@mysilvery.com with your order number. We will review the delivery status, confirm your shipping address, and arrange a no-cost replacement once a package is confirmed lost or delayed.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to cancel or update it. Email support@mysilvery.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made, but the return policy may still apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I change my payment method after I place an order?
Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed. If you have a concern about your order, contact support@mysilvery.com as soon as possible.
My discount code is not working. What should I do?
First, check that the code has been entered correctly and has not expired. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. If it still does not work, contact support@mysilvery.com and we will be happy to help.
I forgot to use my discount code at checkout. Can it still be applied?
Email support@mysilvery.com as soon as possible with your order number and discount code. We will do our best to help. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
How is sales tax calculated?
Estimated sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The final amount appears on your order confirmation and receipt once payment has been processed.
Can I receive a sales-tax exemption?
Orders are subject to applicable state and local sales tax. We cannot apply exemptions at this time.
How does Silvery® Rewards work?
After your first purchase, you can earn points to redeem for coupons. Manage your account and rewards at Silvery® Rewards.
100-Night Trial & Returns
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Every eligible purchase is backed by our 100-night trial, so you can experience Silvery® at home. If you are not completely satisfied, email support@mysilvery.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process.
Are returns free?
Yes. We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders returned within 100 nights of delivery. To begin a return, email support@mysilvery.com with your order number and reason for return.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
International orders are not eligible for return. Items identified as final sale at the time of purchase are also non-returnable.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns may take up to 10 business days to process after they are received. Once processed, refunds can take an additional 2–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Are original shipping costs refunded?
Shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

How do I choose the right Silvery® collection?
Silvery® Comfort Sheets are the soft, lightweight everyday option. Silvery® Bed Sheets 2.0 are made with 100% Lyocell and a smooth sateen weave for a more elevated feel. Silvery® Restcool™ Sheets are designed for sleepers who run warm and want performance-focused temperature comfort. How do I find the right size?
Visit the Size Guide for dimensions across sheet sets, pillowcases, bed pillows, the Restcool™ Comforter, and Mattress Protectors. All Silvery® fitted sheets are designed for mattresses up to 15 inches deep, while Mattress Protectors are designed for mattresses up to 21 inches deep.
How should I care for my Silvery® bedding?
Visit the Care Guide for product-specific washing, drying, and storage instructions. Care requirements differ by product, including sheets, pillowcases, comforters, pillows, and Mattress Protectors.
What is silver-infused technology?
Silvery® products use fabrics with silver-infused technology. Materials, product benefits, and applicable testing vary by collection, so please review the relevant product page for product-specific details.
Are Silvery® products OEKO-TEX® certified?
Applicable Silvery® fabric products are made with OEKO-TEX® certified fabric. Please refer to the individual product page for its specific materials and certification details.
Care Guide
Silvery® products are designed to stay fresher between washes. A few simple care steps help preserve the softness, shape, and feel of your bedding for night-after-night comfort.
Washing
Machine wash in cold water with similar colors using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid powdered detergents, bleach, and fabric softeners.
Drying
Tumble dry on low heat. Remove promptly to minimize wrinkles. Do not iron.
Important Notes
- Trim loose threads with scissors, do not pull
- Keep away from sharp objects, zippers, or Velcro to prevent snagging
- Do not use personal care products containing benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids, or chlorine on the fabric

The pillow cover is machine washable. The memory foam insert should be spot cleaned only.
Pillow Cover
Remove and machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with a mild liquid detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
Pillow Insert
Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry completely before replacing the cover.
Important Notes
- Do not machine wash the foam insert
- Avoid high heat, it can damage both the fabric and the memory foam
- Keep away from sharp surfaces to avoid snagging
